As the tallest building in North Toronto and a milestone project for North York City Centre's growth, The Hullmark Centre is a mixed-use development consisting of a 35-storey residential condominium tower and a 49-storey mixed-use tower with office spaces and retail at ground level. Located at the prominent intersection of Yonge and Sheppard, this large scale development was designed with underground access to the Yonge and Sheppard subway lines and features a landscaped public plaza. The exterior of the two towers features crisp clean lines and is cladded with curtain wall glazing, a superior technology compared to the standard window wall glazing used in most condo buildings. The design was completed by Gianpiero Pugliese while working as a project architect at Kirkor Architects.
