Senior Interior Designer Start date: A.S.A.P Job Overview The position of Senior Interior Designer is a central role in the office. The selected candidate will lead the studio’s Interior Design projects and be responsible for their successful execution. Qualifications i. Degree in Interior Design ii. Minimum 10 years of experience working in high-end single-family and multi-unit residential interior design, interior décor, styling, and furniture design. iii. High-level of skill in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, and Microsoft Office applications iv. Strong hand drawing skills required v. Experienced in the production of high quality renderings and presentation materials vi. Fluent in current design trends, products, resources, and specifications vii. Personable with excellent verbal communication skills, and able to lead client meetings viii. Exudes a sense of personal style ix. Promotes core values of teamwork, quality design, professionalism and high client service Key Responsibilities i. Collaborate with the Principal and lead the design of projects from initial concept through to construction and installation ii. Direct and assist with the production of all drawings, specifications, schedules, sample boards, and deliverables throughout all phases projects iii. Provide competent technical expertise in the project’s design, sourcing, and specifications iv. Act as the primary client liaison for Interior Design projects v. Coordinate team of consultants and all activities related to the assigned projects vi. Prepare and manage FF&E budgets, and coordinate and manage the procurement, inspection, and installation of items vii. Shop drawing review viii.
